For more than 25 years, we have been providing custom design service to clients. Whether a renovation, addition or new home, we have the expertise to custom design your project to your excact specifications.
We use the latest CAD software to create design and construction drawings that illustrate precisely the scope of work. We pepare design drawings in both 2D and 3D to clearly show how the finished project will appear. Revisions and design changes are easily implemented.
Closed In Structure:
As well as turn-key custom homes and renovations, GCC ltd can provide you with a closed in structure ready for sub-trade work. We will complete excavation, footings and foundation, back-fill and rough grading, Framing, Roofing, supply and install doors and windows, and complete exterior cladding. At this point, your building is weather proof and ready for sub-trades to commence.
Insulated Concrete Form Technology ( I.C.F):
For more than 14 years GCC Ltd has been installing I.C.F. foundations and exterior walls in new homes. We are certified 'Nudura' ICF installers. The benefits of ICF technology far exceed those of conventional foundation and framing. Insulated Form units are designed to interlock similar to lego's. Each unit consists of plastic webs to receive reinforcing steel and fasten both interior finish material such, as drywall, and exterior cladding, such as siding or masonry. ICF walls provide superior weather resistance. Concrete is sandwiched between 2 layers of 2.5" of Expanded Polystyrene Insulation. This provides an R50 insulation value, and a perfect air and vapour barrier. As well, ICF walls provide excellent sound resistance, superior structural integrity.
Insul-Deck Technology:
Similar to ICF technology, Insul-deck forms are designed to provide a strong, weatherproof floor for an exterior deck situation. Insul-deck forms, in conjunction with temperary supports, are designed to receive reinforcing steel and concrete, as well as interior finish material.Once cured and sealed, the insul-deck floor systems is a strong, weather proof, well insulated deck.
